There is now an online interface to the problem database. Browse known problems here, and report new ones here. Please note that these systems are still in testing (to a certain extent). If you don't see your problem show up in the browse list in 30 minutes, feel free to contact me about it.
Here is my collection of pgp keys, orgainized such that pid.asc contains the key for pid@[cs.]vt.edu. If you have a key that you would like to see added to this repository, email it to dhagan@cs.vt.edu.
