All of the majordomo lists should be in place now.  Finished installing and
testing the cvs repositories for www group access.  (Sorry for the spam 
commit messages for those of you on acm-www@acm.vt.edu).

Installed fetchmail.

3/26 DNS Problems (Times are PM)
6:16 Mike Heffner calls to let me know that DNS resolution is borked.
I call Wendy & Phil, but they're both gone.  
6:20 Contact CNS's NOC and have them page Phil.
6:23 Update Mike on status of contact w/ CNS.
6:40 Recieved call from CNS looking for more information.  Phil hasn't returned
page yet.  No change in problem.
11:23 DNS appears fixed now.  I didn't get a return call before 10:00 (when
my cell phone goes out of range at work), so I'll check my voice mail in a 
few minutes.
11:53 No voicemail.  I'll have to check w/ Phil tomorrow morning about it.

Installed Apache 1.3.19, mod_ssl, php4.  Installed pgp 6.5.8.  Mod_ssl doesn't
seem to work quite right yet.  Php3 scripts should work under php4.  Setup
Apache to run *.cgi as a cgi script.  Still respects /pub-cgi-bin/ scripts
as well.  Linked /usr/local/bin/perl(5) to /usr/bin/perl since everyone's
scripts used the local path.

Installed majordomo.  Don't have the lists installed yet.

Automated account management should be back in place.

Fixed (I think) counter.cgi to refer to the correct access_count file.
