 1.  "The Talk Show Episode"

     Larry butts heads with the new network head of late night
     programming, Melanie Parrish (Deborah May), who insists he
     incorporate live commercials into the show's format.

 2.  "Promise"

     Comedian David Spade plays himself, a comic, who screws Larry over by
     appearing on The Tonight Show the night before his appearance on Larry's

 3.  "The Spiders Episode"

     Carol Burnett guests in a hilarious episode which centers on Larry's

     Arachnaphobia) plays himself and brings with him 7 tarantulas.

 4.  "Guest Host"

     Larry fears for his job when guest host Dana Carvey does an
     outstanding job filling in.

 5.  "The New Producer Episode"

     Arthur spends time at home sick while his scheming replacement (Ian
     Buchanan) shakes up the show (and the ratings) by circulating a memo.

 6.  "The Flirt Episode"

     Guest star Mimi Roger's on-air flirting with Larry prompts Jeannie

 7.  "Out Of The Loop"

     Larry decides to become more involved in the day-to-day aspects of
     the show so he asks Arthur to "place him in the loop."  Problem is,
     his first task is to handle his head writer's nonstop sex with one
     of the show's runners.

 8.  "Hank's Contract"

     It's time for Hank's annual contract renegotiations.  But this time
     he may have bluffed himself into a corner... unless Larry will step

 9.  "What Have You Done For Me Lately"

     Having a show-biz marriage begins to take its toll on Jeannie who
     decides she needs to spend time away from both Larry and his show.

10.  "Party"

     Jeannie's innocent dinner invitation to Arthur becomes the holy
     grail for each of the show's staffers, who will stop at nothing to
     secure an invitation to one of Larry's infrequent parties.  Meanwhile,
     Larry is less than thrilled about the whole thing.

11. "The Warmth Episode"

    Ratings are slipping and Arthur decides a focus group would be the
    best way to determine why.  Meanwhile, Larry is less than thrilled

    The staff works overtime to successfully control the damage... until
    the woman he shoved out of the way decides to sue.
