QUALITY: If a track is marked as "phased", it means I delayed one stereo
channel a few milliseconds (typically between .2ms and 5ms). This is
done to prevent mono tracks from only coming out of the center
channel on surround systems. Many phased tracks might not really be
44KHz, since typically I convert to 44KHz before converting and
sometimes (less and less often) lose track of the original
