20050718: Our addition is in progress! And we got new siding. And a new toilet. And measured some our closets.

20000715: Finally got a storm door downstairs & a peephole installed, and a new front door.
19991226: General update. Too much incorrect old info still laying around. Added door dimensions.
19990129: Thanks to Dave Oranchak, our HUGE GALLERY OF INSPECTION PICTURES is now thumbnailed and only takes up 4 megs or so. I have updated my indexer program to show thumbnails, so it is much less painless to see these inspection pictures now.
19990118: Housewarming party was a success. Wasn't particularly big but we wanted to keep it under control anwyay. 60 percent of our hardware has been hooked up and we have learned to not trip the circuit breaker constantly.
19981231: Okay, I have posted DIRECTIONS TO OUR HOUSE. You have to mail me to get a password to be able to view them.
19981230: IT'S OURS!! AND SETTLEMENT WAS $3000 CHEAPER THAN WE WERE TOLD!! Settlement is complete. It's really ours! We move in 19990102 and begin sleeping there 19990103. We're probably going to get a keg friday. CLICK HERE FOR SOME PICTURES OF THE HOUSE FROM OUR HOME INSPECTION.
I'm definitely getting that new harddrive soon...
19981230: Just did the walk through. Sellers installed a new fan for us. [Addendum: They blatantly lied about the fan's light being hooked up, then said the light bulb was burned out during the final walk through, when in fact the light was never even wired!] The illegal drain that they should be retroactively fined for having used has been fixed, the boiler serviced (I guess), and the electrical circuit breaker box has been serviced as well. [Addendum: They just replaced a broken breaker without actually fixing the problem. $300 of electrical work was later needed just to have hot water!] :) Settlement is in 20 minutes.
19981228: We close in 2 days! Move-in on 19990102!
19981223: Page created. Done with buying part. Settlement on 19981230 and move-in on 19990102 or 03.
